Cancellation Policy
I understand sometimes schedules change / things happen and so on; I request a minimum of 48 hours for all appointment cancellations. A credit card is required to hold an appointment. NO charges will be made to that card while holding the appointment! Cancellations 48 hours or less, and no-shows are subject to a charge of 100% of the service cost. Furthermore, a non-transferable deposit may be required if the client reschedules/cancels an appointment more than once.
